A Charter Ordinance amending Charter Ordinance No. 1, pertaining to the Municipal Judge of the City of Buhler, Kansas.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BUHLER, KANSAS.

Section 1. That the following language in Section 2 of the Charter Ordinance No.1: “In each election year, a Police Judge shall be elected and hold office for two (2) years and until his successor is elected and qualified” shall be and is hereby deleted.
